Dear sir My mother in law is family pensioner after her husbands death in year 1985 onwards. He was working as teacher in a school in Tirunalveli district.The treasury who draws the pension insists to produce the date of birth to avail the enhanced pension after attain the age above 80. She don't have any document to prove the date of birth of her.we have contacted so many organisation to resolve this issue.Due to lack of DOB certificate she could not apply for PAN or Adhar card.Iam looking forward through the association to resolve this kind of issue.
